Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

The operator of this program is Asian Pacific Serviced Offices Pty Ltd (ACN 068 012 653) (APSO).
Submission of a referral indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
To be eligible under this program, a referral must:
1. be received by APSO by phone or email; and
2. result in APSO and the entity or person referred:
  1. entering into a new contract with APSO for a minimum duration of 6 months for an actual office and 6 months for a virtual office and paying to APSO the full security deposit, if any, required under that contract; and
  2. not being in default of any obligation to pay money to APSO or terminating the contract within 30 days of its commencement;
3. not be in respect of a previous or current client of APSO;
4. not be in respect of an entity or person whose details have been previously been provided to APSO whether under this program or from another source.
5. not be submitted by an employee of APSO or a member of that person's immediate family; and
6. must be submitted by an entity which or person who is at the submission date a client of APSO.
A referral which complies with all the elements set out in clause 3 is a successful referral.
APSO will give the referrer of a successful referral shopping vouchers to a value calculated at APBC's sole discretion and based on the referred client's contract length and product type. In relation to serviced office deals for Corporate One at 84 Hotham Street Preston, APSO will give the referrer payment equalling 10% of the rent (excluding GST) payable to APSO during the first 12 months. If the term is less than 12 months, the amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Payment for Corporate One serviced office deals will be given to the referrer 3 months after the commencement date and no payment will be made in respect of any referral where the other party commits a default during that 3 month period.
APSO intends to provide those shopping vouchers as Coles Myer giftcards but reserves the right to provide the shopping vouchers as vouchers or cards issued by any other retailer.
Submission of a referral indicates your explicit agreement and authorisation for APBC, its related entities, its related bodies corporate and appointed third party agents to hold and use your personal information supplied by you for the purposes of administering the program and conducting APSO's business. Submission of a referral indicates that you have read and agree with APSO's Privacy Policy.
